Our name, the traditional spelling of the Heart Chakra and our logo, portray the symbology of this major energy centre. Also, our founder’s name, Prem, means unconditional love. So, therefore, this represents that any experience with us will be full of love and we hope you leave us with an open heart and mind spreading the joy of Yoga around the world.

Our specialization is in certified Aerial Yoga India Teacher Training in Dharamshala. The organisation focuses on teaching and enhancing the practice of Aerial Yoga around the world. Our Teacher is a highly qualified and experienced Yoga Instructor certified from Yoga Alliance with a Masters in Sanskrit.
Once you have completed our Aerial Yoga Teacher Training course and you have a 50Hr and above Yoga Alliance Teaching certificate you can become an Aerial Yoga Teacher.
All profits go to the Ujjwal Sansthanam Charity supporting the education of disadvantaged children in Rajasthan, or are invested back into Anāhat Yog.
